Meta Futura Aerospace (Accelerator)

Company Description: Meta Futura Aerospace, based in Southampton, UK, is a pioneering aerospace company established in September 2023 with a clear mission to revolutionize Attitude and Orbit Control for small satellites. Our product, Meta Flex, is a full commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solution that encompasses both satellite propulsion and navigation, advancing capabilities of in-space mobility. Meta Flex uses compliant thrust vectoring mechanisms, enabling satellites to fully navigate in space with only two thrusters. The team is comprised of five highly skilled Aerospace Engineers with wildly different backgrounds and skills, which allow us to tackle hugely complicated problems from different angles quickly and efficiently. We have worked in established Aerospace companies, developing hardware and software that is currently in orbit. Looking forward, Meta Futura Aerospace has set its sights on joining the Take Off accelerator program to access the extensive network of partners and investors in the growing Italian startup environment. This will accelerate the development of our product and facilitate the search for commercial partners, ultimately propelling our first system into orbit.
