Company Description: Site Bionics is on a journey to revolutionize how retailers think of their stores and how people understand the use of space more broadly. We do this using our advanced computer vision technology running on existing security/surveillance cameras. Our unique advantages are: (1) we measure complete, unique paths of everybody in a space from the moment they enter until the moment they leave, and (2) the solution can be deployed in under an hour (for a typical mall-sized retailer) by store staff. With this, we can understand customer and employee behaviors across all stores in a retailer's fleet. And we can use these to help retailers go from understanding what is happening in their stores (e.g. sales) to why, and what to do about that. We are starting with a retail operations platform to help managers operate their stores more efficiently. After that we will expand to offer tools for employee performance/training, store layout/merchandising, and safety/security.
