My Home Pathway creates a new, low acquisition cost, revenue stream for lenders by converting already screen and processed but rejected customers into new clients. We partner with financial institutions and offer rejected consumers the ability to opt in to our platform at no cost to the consumer or partner, increasing both customer loyalty and experience. We provide immediate assessment for incoming consumers and tailor recommendations and milestones for risk profile improvement to match partner firm's underwriting guidelines and criteria. Our proprietary recommendation engine targets credit, cash flow and down payment improvement as needed as well as co-borrower linking and ensuring both applicants meet firm underwriting criteria. Once criterion are met, users are referred back to partners.
