Physicians get an assessment of the cardiovascular risk of their individual patient based on clinical characteristics alongside guide-line based treatment recommendations on how and by what extent they can reduce the cardiovascular risk. Patients will get their risk assessment and prescribed therapy alongside disease and treatment information and will be continuously monitored regarding their CV risk.
