Company Description: We seek out sidestreams and wastestreams from industrial processes that contain the base building blocks we require for our process to function. This allows us to source our inputs in a cost effective and sustainable manner. Our primary intake is a starch derived from an agrifood process. We are always working with other inputs that prove valid in our system and continue to expand our input network. We produce high quality, human grade protein precision fermented from the waste of crops such as peas, fava beans, and lentils.
