Our goal is to provide people with a chance to reevaluate and consciously choose healthier food options. Rather than changing the composition of food, we aim to revolutionize how individuals taste and perceive sweetness, ultimately promoting healthier and sustainable eating habits. Established in 2022 by three accomplished PhD scientists from Georgia Tech, we are engineering a groundbreaking therapy utilizing oligonucleotides. This therapy has the unique ability to temporarily and reversibly alter how sweet foods taste and how they are metabolized. Unlike conventional methods that modify metabolism after food is consumed, our approach provides a novel strategy to prevent and manage metabolic diseases, restore balanced diets, and enhance overall well-being.
