Okapi is a flexible alternative to traditional CRM; we're what a product like Salesforce would look like if it were built in 2024. Okapi offers a library of tools, like custom UI, integration templates, a flexible database, and more. Our customers use these to build fully custom systems of record for their go-to-market operations. If you can put it in a database, you can put it in Okapi. We imagine a world in which enterprises log detailed records of every customer-facing process all in the same system. Traditional CRM was a good start, but it's simply not enough. Our team brings prior experience from Gem, Segment, and the Boston Consulting Group. We deeply understand enterprise operations and data-intensive enterprise software.
